The Life of Holt

Bath time–it’s their father, son bonding time.

We went to the doctor yesterday and Holt is now up to 9lbs 6.5 oz and 21.5 inches long. He’s getting bigger–no longer looking like a preemie!

On Sunday, our friends Steph and Andrew came to visit Holt. They took some great pictures! Holt is doing new things everyday and really starting to focus in with those big blue eyes! He slept 6 hours straight two nights ago!

Our little Wolfpack fan! Holt watched almost the whole game with us on Saturday. Go Pack!

Take note–the mohawk is pretty much a permanent thing these days thanks to Jason……

Last week I ventured out of the house (finally) with Holt.  On Tuesday we went to my work to visit and on Wednesday we went up to see Jason at work for lunch.  It was so fun seeing everyone and Holt’s buddy Zeke was at the church visiting as well.

We have affectionately begun calling Holt “Bubba.” It only seems natural considering the redneck heritage to which my husband belongs, and I unfortunately have now adopted myself through osmosis (aka Jason.) So, these few pics are in honor of our newborn, “Bubba.”

Well, this is my first shot at blogging, and it’s all because of our awesome son Holt! This blog will be used to put up photos of things in Holt’s life! I hope you enjoy the pictures! 

Here’s our little guy just hours after his birth. He weighed 6lbs, 12oz and was 20.5 inches long.

Thanks to our friend Sara Davis, we have some good photos of Holt! Here is one with me and Holt on his 2nd day on the earth. I love him!
